Garment dyeing is commonly known as the whole process of dyeing semi-finished or fully manufactured garments – for instance pants, pullovers, t-shirts, jeans, sweaters, dresses, bathrobes, casual jackets, shirts, skirts, hosieries – in order to give them an original look or style. Usually those garments are defined as RTD – Ready to Dye – or PFD – Prepared for Dyeing.

CATALYSTS

ZETAKIN MAR
cross-linking agent, employed to decrease fixing temperature and increase all fastnesses. Specifically designed to be used in combination with ZETAREACT FD for Double Side & Laser Effect.
ZETAKIN HP
specific activator of reaction for acrylic and polyurethane resins. Specifically developed to be used together with ZETAREACT RB for Contrast Dyeing Side Effect.

DETERGENTS

ZETAPON J 700
deterging-wetting product for washing and scouring, stain removal, bleaching of staple, threads and yarns and textiles of any fiber
ZETAPON GFP
used in the Garment Flash Print process, it carries out various actions in the degreasing and dyeing of cellulosic fiber garments.

DEAERATING / WETTING AGENT

ZETAWET KGN
a high-yield liquid, wetting agent, characterized by excellent resistance in caustic soda, a very good resistance in reducing baths (dyeing with vat dyes) and no foam production.

FINISHING AGENTS

ZETASIL REX
Hydrophilic and antistatic silicone softener. High-substantivity liquid, also fits for ready garments. Extremely soft and sliding hand.
ZETASIL AK 200%
Softener specific for cellulosic fibers and their blends. It gives the material a soft and voluminous hand. It causes a low foam formation.
ZETASOFT HPS
High-quality softener which confers soft, swollen, slippery and elastic hand; suitable for any textile material, of natural and man-made fibers.

FIXING AGENTS

ZETAFIX CAP 100
formaldehyde-free fixative for dyeing and prints with direct and reactive dyes by exhaust and continuous methods
ZETAFIX SLK
formaldehyde free fixing agent that improves wet fastness of dyeings carried out on protein fibers with acid, reactive dyestuffs and on cellulosic fibers with ZETALIGHT dyestuffs

SOAPING AGENTS

ZETASOAP SLT
soaping agent of high yield already at 80°C for the washing of the dyed or printed materials
