zaitexfashion project travelled abroad once again. This time in Bulgaria.

We were hosted in RGT Bulgaria for a 2-day workshop in a brand new production plant of garment dyeing and denim garments.

During this meeting we had the chance to make a presentation of our new special products for original effects on garment dyeing.

Starting from the origins of the dyed garments, when they were made by using only direct or reactive dyes, featuring homogeneous hues and no used look, we highlighted the fact that fashion trends became more and more market-driven and it is necessary to rely on partners like ZAITEX to achieve them by using the right dyes or combination of them together with the best chemical auxiliaries.

We began showing our special products suitable to get a classic old-effect or a super brilliant one, thanks to ZETALIGHT process. Then we pass through other special processes like pigment dyeing, cold dyeing, dyeing with dischargeable reactive dyes, our patented Garment Flash Print process and the ones for fog systems with the newest sprayable resins; then our special CDF process.

We finished our presentation focusing on our commitment about sustainability: 80+ products GOTS approved; developing and supplying safer chemicals and compatible with new technologies; aim to develop and improve low consumption processes.
