DOUBLE SIDE EFFECT & LASER SYSTEM – ZAITEX has extended its range of special resins with the Zetareact FD. This product allows the user to treat garments to be dyed in varying ways in order to get both double-face and double side effect. The Zetareact FD is applied to garments by immersion and the garments are then dried in a tumbler. There is no need to use static oven, thus, there will be no polymerization stage. In only one dyeing step, you can get both a two colour and double-face effect. In addition, fade effects can also be achieved if Zetareact FD is applied when dyeing with metal-complex dyestuffs. Lastly, dyed garments treated with Zetareact FD can also take advantage of laser technology producing an even wider range of effects, designs or graphic.
