Those three jointed in order to cope with today’s markets needs and ZAITEX S.p.A. is the one with the best know-how in colouring and dyeing.
The leather hides brought to Simac Tanning Tech are the best results of special recipes, each of them developed with one aim: the optimization of the entire tanning and dyeing process. Most of them have been fully tested within ZAITEX laboratories, others are effective trials born for the recent cooperation among the three companies.
During this exhibition, ZAITEX S.p.A. will proudly show leather hides dyed with an innovative dye: ZETAPEL BLACK KAR, a new kind of metal-free and anilin-free dye featuring mostly high PVC and light fastness results.
It goes beyond 100+ hours light fastness test with an excellent result of 5, PVC tropical migration fastness is 5, washing and alkaline perspiration are 5 too.
It allows to get very intense shade results even on pure vegetal leather or heavily retanned. ZETAPEL BLACK KAR allows to have fully exhaustion of the dyeing bath.
Its features make it an ideal product to be applied in the dyeing of metal-free items and automotive ones.
