TECHNICS
The low temperature process (max 50°C) and the use of a special selection of reactive dyes allow to carry out a low energy dyeing featuring market-driven fashion effects.
The fashionable Cold Dyeing Fade effect can be achieved by applying Zetareact CDF 200, a special resin suitable to give pigment look without using pigments, which can be applied using soaking systems, manual or automatic spray systems. The resin is meant to give remarkable build-up on the seams, achieving a cold pigment dyeing effect without pigments.
Cold Dyeing Fade is a an eco-friendly dyeing process because:
- max operating temperature is 50°C
- no electrolytes in bath
More importantly: no pigment means no dirty dyeing machines.
Laser systems can be optionally useful to give marked shades and engrave outstanding effects on the dyed garments.
